Job Responsibilities:

•  Answer calls and respond to emails.
•  Manage and resolve customer complaints , Providing customers with product and service information.
•  Process orders , forms and application , following up on existing order & escalating when required.

Working Details:

•  Work days          -     6 days a week
•  Work Timing       -     Willing to work shifts , last shifts ends at 12:00 AM (Midnight)
•  Typing Speed      -     30 wpm
•  Languages           -     English , Arabic & Other regional languages.
