Our Cruise Consultant are the first point of contract for all guest booking enquiries, providing exceptional sales and service to ensure the attainment of sales targets and corporate objectives, focusing on driving cruise sales, encouraging customer loyalty and managing all pre-cruise booking enquiries.

Eligibility Criteria:
We seek applications from customer focused individuals who have a passion for travel and tourism and demonstrate:- Proven customer service and sales experience in a contact center or reservations - based role , including a track record in achieving / exceeding targets and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional level of customer service.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self - motivation and a strong team orientation.
- Strong PC literacy.
