Time Line Logistic is a successful and growing Logistics organization, and is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the President and CEO to build the customer base.
- Generating new sales leads (networking, cold-calling, building and maintaining relationships).
- Making
contact with prospective, current and former clients to identify
business opportunities for company products and services.
Working closely with operations team to ensure that customer expectations and delivery requirements are being met.
Have a hunter mentality.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business. - An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Logistics/Transportation/3PL sales experience is preferred
Skills and Specifications:
- Knowledge of the Transportation Industry. Along with the rules and regulations
- An understanding of transportation facilities and other facilities made available by different shipping companies.
- Good networking skills and rapport with companies in need for transportation
- Reliable and punctual and follow the schedule properly
- Negotiating tactics are also required
- Basic marketing and sales skills are also helpful.
- Time Line Logistic has an attractive compensation package, which includes a wage plus commission along with a bonus program.
