Responsibilities
- Work with other team members in running the Clinic, ensuring efficient service delivery and outstanding levels of patient satisfaction
- Varied work, from answering patient calls, managing appointments, greeting patients and visitors.
- Assisting with billing and booking system operations, handling accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficient service delivery
- Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism by anticipating and responding to patients and visitors’ potential needs, requests or queries

Eligibility criteria:
- FEMALE candidates preferred
- Experience in the a hospital / clinic preferred
- Language: English / Arabic fluency to business standards / foreign language is a asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as IT/Telecom systems
- Customer service, accounts, sales and administration skills and experience preferred
- Energetic, responds well to a fast moving environment and has a team player approach
